04/09/2001 Looks like I *WILL* be at A-Kon this year. Yay ^-^.

Okay... Demons with Drama, Track 2, is nicely underway... not sure if anyone who only comes here cares as it's Yet Another Racy as all heck -putting it lightly I know I know- SELF INSERT _LEMON_ fanfic crossed over with just about anything and everything. A Y.A.R.S.I.L ... hmmm maybe if I said Barely Amatuerish I could use BARSIL... naw... Yarsil works. About the only redeeming(?) feature is it's not typical. I hope.

But anyway DWD_02 is nicely underway... in it's 5-7 day campaign on paper. Elements of D&D 3rd edition... 1st and 2nd edition AD&D... and the expansions to allow Diablo and Diablo 2 characters... with a campaign borrowed from Dungeon Magazine. It LOOKS like it will be fun to write and complete before going back to standard land... I'll even be working on it on the road to and from A-Kon so there should be a nice chunk of new material for it.

Now... I'm talking of The Arc here because I may well do a quasi rewrite... so that the *ahem* Racy sections are in separate links... and only the zany antics and the sadly(?) canon racy dialogue -Holy Conkers Bad Fur Day Batman!- should remain in the main text. I'll have little links to FMV -Frisk me Vigourously!- instead. And so... I can talk about it here a tad now since it'll be a tad cleaner... ^-^

Well I've been a bit of a sufferer of net.burnout for a while now... sure I read webcomics... but that's not really hunt things down surfing. Then there's the fact my JOB involves alot of internet activity and you can see why new info pops up here once every thousand years -and no sooner. I'd just screencap... but... ran out of irq's on my good old friend Shield so had to rip out my capture card. I'd just find a snippet from a manga... but I'm looking for color. I think I would BURN instacurry if I tried to make it so... no using a digital camera ^.^;;;;;

Anyway if someone has one, I'd be one happy peon. ^__^

My anime watching statistics are going up almost exponentially... the list on FortuneCity just can't keep up 0.o Neither can the Manga one... as I've recently experienced Love Hina... and that's not on the page is it ^.^;;; But I must say everyone should see Dual. It's just great. The Hero IS a Girl Magnet so you out there who find that irksome may or may not wanna steer clear. It's no Tenchi Muyo though... there's no real fighting per se. Though Kazuki does sometimes find multiple meals before him that he must now pick from. ^.^;

And now for RPG mentions... I know this isn't an easy color to SEE... but it should select nicely ^-^

Anyway. I have recently putzed together a few classes for D&D recently. One isTOO powerful... one is an adaption... and one... is just ODD.

Okay... I'm sure there are 6-8 other ways of doing this... but the campaign needing it needed it overly powerful... because the campaign IS. In a recent run of this Sorceror Hunter class... well things nearly got out of hand... and this class that would have grown too powerful in any other setting... nearly bought the farm.

The next class was an adaption of the Mime class of Final Fantasy fame... not a party member... but someone who made the players think he'd be the next villain. The power to mimic just about anyone's powers DOES tend to make one fear the mime. They don't get to keep much ever that they've mimicked... and they are weapon bound... and all kinds of other restrictions. Fun person to toss in doing stuff on the sidelines... but yeah woulkd be scary in real combat. Ah well.

The Last I call the Artist class... the current practitioner is a flower arranger... specifically paper... her finished flowers look almost alive... and so... you can imagine an origami long sword can cleave just as well as steel. The problem? Fire based attacks... and knowing how to USE any weapon so crafted... at the weights that end up in evidence. Example... Cleaves like a longsword... weighs like a wand. If you didn't know what you were doing.........

Only the Sorceror Hunter has true class info... but not yet does it have the multiclass rules I allude to within the document.

Got a replacement drive from Maxtor... now I bide my time waiting... then I'll check it for what took my old drive out -turns out a bearing was misaligned... causing friction... causing heat... causing the little board to... COOK ;.; - before I get space happy. It was really reassuring and comforting for the tech support guy on the phone -Travis I think- to sound like he'd been shot while he was telling me there was nothing to be done. Now I just have to send my old drive back... oops... I should do that soon @.@

Note to self... print out and ship copy of The Arc to fan. Can't have vocal fans getting irked ^-^

The only safe net I foresee with my non-omnipotent foresight is... intranets with no floppy drives on any of the machines. And even then... is your net safe? You could have a writer or artist in your organization catering to your employees with dirty evil Racy-ness or something. Oh yes... I'm being sarcastic. I don't find the Racy all that dirty or evil. But I'm weird like that.)

04/09/2001 Hey there. Some may have noticed I ripped the Laugh out. The reason? I'm sure for many it autoplays and they don't like that. Plus it slows down page loading. It's over here if you still gotta click.

Okay let's see... I'm one confirmation away from wanting to rip out the pagecount/xoom/nbci counter for something simpler. It recently had some tech-side difficulties (much like the guestbook which is fixed too now yay) right when I actually cared to look at it. So in a flurry of childishness I decided to change it. If the option I'm thinking is okay... I'll do it ^-^

The game Black and White allows your Titan/Avatar/Beasty to have a nice webpage somewhere. I kinda wish this could be shoehorned onto Diablo 2. Mainly because screencaptures are hard to wrangle properly... and I wanna show off/have a backup of what my characters can do. Maybe even some notes on my play style... and my death counter so the elite can heckle me into the ground. After all my self esteem is crap anyway ^-^|/ Might as well make myself useful for chuckling... like a bad kareoke singer. Heh

FINALLY got a new copy of "The Art of the Bawdy Song: Men and Maids, 'Cold And Raw The North Wind Blows.'" and so that bad wav will be replaced with a much better wav ^-^ What? You want an mp3? If I give it to you you'd only get it either streamed somehow or in a rar-file. Why? It's so good you should have a copy... not just click and play... heck you should head somewhere like Amazon.Com and buy a copy. You won't regret it... unless you're only into Techno... in which case you might if you don't have a medieval taste on your palette as well. ^.^;

MicroRant Again... I really wish I had a server with enough space to share all the music I really have. No I don't think Nappie really counts... and most of the internet fileserving options are well... designed to frustrate. Of course one reason I wish I could do this is I LOATHE wandering around with CD's and other removable media. I'm a very One Big Disk kinda guy. I would love a Terrabyte of diskspace in one single partition. And I bet I could fill it. I'm that much of a net.pack-rat You should see how many cdr's I have laying around. Now if I could just replace a dead chip on my new drive... I'd have that nummmy 45 gb again -no not to waste... it was almost full when heat took it behind the tool shed and beat it bloody with a Former Voting Sign stake for a paddle. And the drive beeps which the company says it's not supposed to do o.0 Anyway... next rant.

Project A-kon. I don't know if I can pay off all my debts in time to go. If you were intending on stalking me... I'm terribly sorry. Yes I wouldn't mind being stalked -provided my death wasn't the goal. I dunno in a warped way it's flattering I guess... I know I've inadvertantly stalked before. SURE some would say I was a secret admirer. But ... I just can't see my SOP looking like anything more than spying/stalking. I also need to find someone to fixate on. The Fictional Characters in my far beyond racy fiction are all nice and all... but in the end I'm still sleeping alone. Not that I'm attractive... the pictures are around see for yourself... or am any kind of a hot prospect. But even ugly people get lonely. BUT I know you guys and gals are just here to click and dl... so I'll stop Whining like a Magic 8-Squall

11/20/2000 Hey Again! Wow... it hasn't been a year again ^.~ Cool beans! Alrighty let's see... What to update... I'm tempted to keep some songs I added where they are -in that I was just using the space here for friends to get some things. You'll like that won't you ^.~ Note that Color ^-^|/ That's right they are anime songs... soon I'll have them nice and catergorized so you guys can up my monthly bandwidth meters ^.^;; Note I'm pulling out the Last Updated's... if you see one email me... if I miss one somehow I'd like to know. Of course I'll accept "Hey Link to my site!" If people really wanna be linked... the page is like 2 years old... about time it had some freshening up I'll bet. SO SEND IN THOSE "Hey link me!"'s.

Next up. I'm thinking about nearly wholeheartedly ripping the Tenchi Muyo section out... I just never had more than an idea for it... and while ideas for things are great... something half a$$ed isn't so great. I can see what I'd like for it in my head... but video capture cards need IRQ's also... as do Network Cards... and I just don't have anymore spares -.- I could try the digital camera... but... gah the quality bites.

Suggestions for the Anime Section in general are appreciated of course.

Now let's see... what else. How are people enjoying the Gallery? or Silly Stuff. AND IS ANYONE USING THE RECORD SHEETS OF DOOM? Especially about the Record Sheets. I think I may have figured out a way to I dunno make them java or javascript or maybe cgi/perl so that when you do stuff... it'll actually DO stuff... But if I'm the only one who's going to be interested...

Speaking of which. Those Who Care(tm) might have noticed I never finished out the Conversion Tables. Well I've stumbled upon more RPG systems I like... and then the thought came to me as my Story System (not TM or R or anything that's not even a final name) came to be more set in.

What do I mean by that? Take say... Baldur's Gate for example. Say you find the perfect character Editor -just characters ... not necessarily an equipment statistics editor... concentrate on the characters for a sec- up those numbers to nice high lofty things -just the stats not Hit Points or anything else for a second- Now go through combat a few times. Are they really that much more than you envision them? Sure they almost never miss... and the weaklings have trouble hitting them. But they still get hit... they still end up trounced by (name drop) Biff the Overly Terrible when he casts his Big Spell. So what do the stats really mean? Sure they mean alot more in BG than in many of the old SSI games. And while they can mean a big step towards the end... they usually don't determine the end. Most stats are just stats. Say you have a Charisma of "3" This means almost everyone will jack up prices... people will have trouble even standing being near you... but with effort you can still beat the game. Strength of 3? Make good friends with tougher people and stand back to let them do what they do oh so much better than you.

Have some fun. Power-gaming can start to feel shallow (this from a guy with a Gameshark btw), and can take the fun out... gotta find the fun.

Sure you may be playing... by the Fuzion System rules... in Meckton Zeta... and you wanna bring in say... Gundam Wing... if you know the mecha well enough you could just work with the Gamemaster rather than write down the stats... "IT'S A GUNDAM!"... the stats will be heck just to FIGURE OUT... taking time from the fun.

Also say you wanna put something where IT SHOULDN'T BE. Say you need a hotrod for the Villain. Sure you could put some rediculously high numbers on it to make sure the players don't destroy it, but that means you have to make sure the players can't do anything to it one way or another. Best to just SAY it can't be turned into metallic rice puddling and be done with it. Have some fun.

Now before anyone freaks -besides the people who are reading this and DON'T CARE A BIT (I'm almost done I swear!)- I do love character creation it can really help you zero in on who or what you want to control in the game. And so I will try to toss up some abridged Character Creation rules from various systems... basically the ones I can get my hands on. But this might not be up this year... I'm just hyping so maybe people can say "oooh oooh could you find the rules for (blah) and put them up... I can't seem to find them." I may well HAVE the bugger... I have alot of system rules nearby @.@

What's this... SSA Blue? No your eyes aren't deceiving you. I do intend some overhauling of the SSA. There are more Sountracks Available by Square that I don't have listed... gotta change that. Now before anyone clammers to my email link and asks for songs... please don't. Now that probably disappoints some,"But you say you HAVE this one... share some data with me dude!" I'm trying to keep the site at CD level... that means under 640mb. I do not want Yahoo tapping me on the shoulder. It's happened before and I hated having to pull things down. I'd simply run the "fun stuff" via ftp from home or something if I could... but currently that looks like it soon won't be an option -planning a move haven't looked into BetterThan56k options yet. And I don't wanna pick a place just for connection options either. But I will mine for those tracklists and times. Not to mention drooling over wanting said soundtracks like many of you are ^-^|/

The Guestbook here is pretty much almost totally dead. I'm sorry. You can blame Those Who Consumed Guestworld for that. I'm considering using a directory copy guestbook from my not so morally righteous site -it can run CGI without a 10 a month fee- but since it doesn't seem like anyone likes signing the buggers anyway... I figure I might just can it and not worry about it. Not the guestbook over there... just this site having one.

Sammi Archive: Anything anyone see that needs fixing or adding to this part? "You need some spiffy graphics man!" I know... but I'm not a graphics person. Text in moving gifs is about my limit. Plus I have no sense of style... you might hate what I come up with.

Let's try this for Arc Info. Now I probably shouldn't really be talking about it here... but I just don't have a page for it over there... and it's better to be centralized. I have my Fortunecity Account for stuff about me -well some is here but not too much I'd think- I have here for general bulk items and interests that might actully appeal to others... and I have The-Arc.Net -no true link so no one has to be Tempted to click if they don't WANNA go. Don't want people feeling dirty that they clicked or anything.

But Anyway... things are looking odd as Joyful Noise has come to a close... Everyone seems to have been given something -some gifts give a bit more than other gifts but hey... it happens- Things are going on in the background... and new villains have popped up. Makes you wonder what's going to happen next... Or not. ^.~

07/24/2000 Longtime no see eh? Alright... it's been a year... has anything happened? Nope. I did a little thing for the SSA I think... but that was a while ago... I've played with the links time and again in the Sammi archive... but that was a while ago. Added Silly Stuff which has some pointless content... had to get a new naughty webpage... wrote more of The Arc... and some other things have happened. Made a Project A-Kon 2000 review page... of course my camera died in the car... so all film ruined save 2 shots. Grrr... and that's about it... now I'm sure you know why I haven't WRITTEN updates... just not enough happening.

07/19/1999 I'm dispensing with the relative links on the appendexes both here and on my FC account. I may dispense with them internally too. At least here.

Why am I blathering this time? Well I just added an image gallery of sorts. You see I am a writer -though you may not think it to see my work ^.~ - but I'm not a too visual writer... my forte is scripts I suppose. So I have characterization... but almost nothing besides that until a s3xual scene or a fighting encounter. Times when talking would be the last thing on the character's mind. Then I can describe. But even then after I've described body or blade... faces elude me... sometimes even whole body structures just aren't there. And so when I decided I was going to commision some art... I went ALL out on finding images to represent the characters of the piece the art will reference.

The Piece the art references in my fanfic series Ami Tales which a while back underwent a name change to In the Company of Hope. It is a -brace yourself- self insertion fanfic. That means *I* interact in the world and with the other characters who aren't real usually. I slay the damsel... I rescue the dragon... wait a sec kinda messed that up ^-^ Well anyway some don't like that and so would never read the series.

Another reason some may not touch it with a 10 meter cattle prod is that -brace yourself again- there's alot of s3x. Sometimes downright p0rnographic. Many shy away from that. I'll make no judgements... and who am I to judge eh ^.~ It's there... sometimes there's alot... sometimes you'd have to hunt for it.

But to get back to the point if you DO read it... with the Galleries you can tell what the participants look like. And One Day(tm) I'll have enough information up in the galleries that one can get a grasp of the characters without any need for Therapy afterwards ^.~

3/30/1999 Put a few songs in on the Midi and of course the Normal sounds pages. Not much really... about 10-15 new midis *rough esitmate* equating to about 45-55 minutes of new music... again nothing to lose sleep over. Once Again I'm going to TRY to remember to put some Eva and BGC songs up... most likely in CD quality RealMedia. But not Wav... WAY too big...  Also going to try to get some Sailor Moon stuff up... try to scrounge up some Tenchi and maybe some Ranma. Again like all updates don't be too expectant. ^.-

12/10/1998 General Maintanence. Also of note. I just today got yelled at for not spelling my favorite artist's name right. Something it seems there is practically a war on the internet over. I've seen Chang, Cheng, Chung, Chueng, and Cheung. I don't know which one is right. And since I don't I might as well be wrong. If you wish to correct me you simply must state if you are refering to it's Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, etc spelling. Plus I would like how it looks in Big 5 or Shift JIS etc. You can send the codes provided you tell me which one you sent it to me in. I use NJWIN but that won't tell me -as far as I know- if something isn't really a code for X but is a code for Y. When I've gotten some entries in, I'll put them up on the main Sammi Page so that others can know how it looks in your language before they blow up at me or you. I haven't gotten off my butt yet to put the links to the Bastard!! Ending in yet. Oh and don't expect the wav... it doesn't want to upload from my garbage connection to the server. Oh well. RealMedia it is. I also haven't got up the ambition to place in links to the wav and rm files of my voice that were requested recently by friends in far away places.

09/09/1998 Okay. I'm looking forward with my tunnel vision at an October 1st whole site update/upgrade. You can see by the Tenchi Pages that there is an increased mass to the section... even though the final size of the anamolous growth has not reached terminus.

What the hell did I just say? Oh yeah... there are more files, but it's all still under construction.

What's this... SSA blue?!? Yes... you'll already notice some updates to the SSA... currently just links. I plan to kill the links and put everything in SSA Yellow soon... with the new track lists! I will of course abide by SoundTrackCentral's policies... perhaps I can only link to their pages... perhaps I'll just have to give you directions... "And you'll wanna take a click on reviews... and well then it's smooth sailing..."

So far it's just links... and you can probably order things still too... not sure about the really old stuff though... have to play with links a little bit.

06/04/1998 RMP Day.

    My copy of the SSA will be as good as dead in two days. There is no way to stop this. No way to abort this.

    SimpleNet has informed me via email (here it is) that to maintain my site at current resource hog levels- *I* say hog because there is a 1.6 gb per day dl rate here, but I digress- I need to pay an additional 200 bucks a month.

    I do not believe in pay sites -milking what are honest netsurfers for the most part of hard earned dough, or advertisements, or sponsors. I hate ads, and sponsors are twice as annoying as ads. I'm not jumping through hoops for them. And don't tell me I'm jumping through hoops for SimpleNet. I could pay the 200 but I don't want to. Why? Because my interest in the SSA has been on the wane for a while... I just didn't have a valid reason in my opinion to kill it/ give it back to the original owner. BUT wanting to keep the money and not be tossing a 5th of my paycheck out the window, is at least a semi valid reason.

    Now before you flood my inbox with,"Bring it back you fu¢king bastard of a scumsucking pigdog!" Realise one thing.

    My copy is dead. You should have expected it... have I worked hard to maintain it? No. Have I busted my ass trying to find songs that I don't have? No... not really. Have I put in a sizable effort to get new copies of wounded songs -4 minute songs missing the middle 2-3 minutes? No.

    Ever since I realized people WERE coming to my crap ass copy of the SSA I've kind of dreaded the section. I knew I'd never get it up to what it was without doing some serious CD buying.

So in closing on the SSA issue I'll say this...

May you find a site more worthy of your patronage. I'm sure there is better out there, and if not perhaps you'd like to try your hand... not that I advise it... look what happened to the wonderous SSA once someone tried to copy it before it died. Of course your results may vary.

After slapping on your volunteer badge after removing it from it'd hiding place, you round the familiar corner...

... to find a smoking crater. The gravedigger looks up at you mournfully.

"They's said I shouldn't overhear anything for my safety... said they were planning something big... said they figured it was safer to plan it with the volunteers away. So I left the General's tea -he likes the way I make my tea he does- by his chair -I wonder where he was what with planning about to start and everyone who's anyone assembled like they was- and went to my Aunt Sofi's house... wonderful woman she is -and her tea is better than mine I might add.

"Then all of a sudden the ground started shaking... like there was an earth quake happening or something. I was sitting there thinking that maybe some crazy spellflinger had gone off the deep end when suddenly I saw... the fire reflected in the top of my tea glass -wonderful tea like I said. Then putting my tea down -you don't accidentally spill tea like that- I turned around and went out the door... to see..." he cries... seemingly not the first time today," the biggest gout of flame I'd ever done seen burning up to the clouds... right where the base was...

"I ran the 7 miles fast as I could... only to find the blaze had stopped and there weren't even no bodies to bury... just the last tendrils of the Lifestream repairing as best they could the life force of the area from the damage that was wrought here. Horrible it was. Ground turned to glass, metals turned to meer pigments in the glass... and not so much as a drop of blood."

You mutter something about spies. The gravedigger shakes his head.

You mutter about betrayal, and the gravedigger thinks about it. "I don't think anyone would betray the Cause..."

You seethingly ask about whether the General ever made it back. "You don't think that he... Naw... couldn't be him... he probably left the Base to join his family... said they went on vacation a few days ago -main reason he had me making his tea is because Salmadea and His lil daughter were vacationing- so maybe he went off to join them."

You mutter about a kidnapping possibly being why they vanished.

"Say... if they were that might explain how we lost the fight the other day... if the General threw the battle to get his family back... but wait... they didn't arrive or nothin... maybe they's was lyin to him... maybe little Jill told them where the... base... was... Oh no... she wouldn't know no different... she being only 4... one little threat against her mommy and..." he sighs," Damn the Empire... I'll hate them forever... they probably killed Salmadea and Jill after finding out where the base was..." he reads a spell scroll... nearly kills him ,"They be ... dead... the General... he... is dead too... the Rebellion... has no army... The Empire... is..." he concentrates on the spell... closing his eyes blood leaks from them... he's dying so you know what happened... dying for one who loved the Cause," The Empire... is gone... the General... cast a spell, using himself as the focus... they did kidnap his family... they did coerce him... they did lie... everyone killed... no survivors... save the volunteers... You must go and tell them... you must spread the word... The Rebellion is Dead... the Empire is Dead."

He coughs up blood, and opens his eyes... whites turned read... iris from blue to black," Everyone is free... " a weak hand grabs yours as the scroll turns to dust and he breathes in his last,"Don't let anyone make the same mistakes the Rellion and the Empire made. Don't..."

Swoon.

He's dead. Neither happy nor sad... you rip the badge from your arm... crumple it in your fist and toss it into the crater... no longer glazed ... as grass begins to grow in it anew... and flowers bloom in the morning light.

A new day for the world... but a Day with no Rebellion, and no C.L.O.S.I.N.G. Siite Empire either...

5/31/1998 I got off my lazy butt and finally made the FF4 Celtic Moon Mp3 page. Once again thank you oh generous soul. And yes if you wonder why I say finally it is because they've been here for a while (^^;; Now the silly way...

At the 10th hour of the morning a rumor was proven true! Long have we known of smaller factions and groups which were either neutral or secretly helping -so secret we'd not known ourselves. And today one of the bands joined up... they have since been called the Final Fantasy Warriors of the Celtic Moon... and they are a site to see on the battlefield. Their barracks is this way. Now if we could only find the wreckage of the other convoys... or best yet find our warriors alive and fighting for us.

This is the way!

On a slightly sad note some of the Final Fantasy 7th Battalion's latest warriors were found... they came back from battle dazed and confused... they say the rest of the battalion was behind them... but that they stopped looking back... after the rest of the Reunion Division was slaughtered by the Mirror Beast... the latest weapon the Empire has added to it's arsenal. The three that survived are [*link destroyed*]over there.

In other news the Final Fantasy Symphonic Suite Irregulars were found holed up in a box canyon... right after their commander
had executed a brilliant defense that scattered the enemy. They have been back in their barracks sleeping soundly for the past
little while. Their commander thinks they are combat ready once again.

We shall win yet! Look out Empire!

Fixed some links... haven't done a lot I know... but I'm trying to fix the SSA since that is usually LOADS harder to do... and mUcH larger.

The remains of a convoy were happily found today... and while moving the bodies to the cemetery we ran across a White Mage who agreed to help us with many phoenix downs and life 2 spells... now these valiant souls are again with us... Hoozah! Hoozah!

We'll beat the Empire yet... this'll teach them for not burying our dead! Soon these valiant warriors will be back on the lines fighting with us all... and of course sleeping soundly in their barracks when night falls.

Other news for this update... I changed all the direct mail addresses to point to here cause no one was reading the news before emailing me. Look at the bottom for a few little mail rules... and the link to the email page.

11/10/1997 Okay haven't updated this in a while *thought I'd lost this cool copy of the news.html file, and had given up hope.* 16 of 40 was "animated" -i.e. animate dead spell from AD&D- in such a way that it lost it's precious cargo... but then with a stroke of genius we gave it the cargo manifest from 1 of 40 and since that cargo had already been delivered it moved on to 17 of 40's manifest. Sadly much of the cargo is almost unrecognizable, but it is better than nothing. Had we but known what kinds of stress we were pulling on the cargo haulers we would have found a different way.

Okay what does all that lovely text mean? Well for the animation what happened was Norton Utilities FIXED the disk (16 of 40), but through so many fixes the info was lost... the disk was totally blank. So I copied disk one to it... since I was unarjing on the command line and had already long since set the only NEWER files otherwise skip option it saw the first file again, and just skipped to the next disk... and yes you only have to copy it then rename the file to the same as would be on that disk. Example: Disk 10 dies, and you format it then copy the first disk's file Arjme.arj to disk 10 and rename it arjme.a09 (the numeric counting starts AFTER the one with .arj so the count goes ARJ 001 002 et al.). It will then skip it as the earlier file or segment has ALREADY been copied. I never want to find out if this works for the MAIN segment (*.ARJ) but it does work for the remainder (*.???).

What this means for the info that I archived and moved... many of the files made it through absolutely whole, not a scratch. But for about 6 disks I had to do the animate dead spell on them... so a few songs -some in their entirety- have bits removed. On a few this translates as the intro being there but just before it moves on suddenly it leaps to the end and that's it. Many 4 minute songs are now one minute... want to know which ones? Go find out. Since this has happened, I seldom look at that wing of my file system here.

Other news: Lots more files here! We have appendix both here and at FortuneCity that have links to the entirety of both file systems... and yes the files are mirrors of each other. I update both at the same time when able ;)

I broke down and am currently adding a Description of myself to the SimpleNet file structure. Also Games I've beaten and my poetry and prose will be up when I get to them/find the files. My resume is UP at FortuneCity now. Figured I'd tell ya. And my Book that I have stalled in the writing of will be put up -either here or there... so far it is there- with the delineated pages. Evil you say? Hell it is effective. Each page will have the equivalent of one paperback page worth. Don't expect to see a story arc. I don't want someone finishing it for me. I would have to be tortured to spill and that would not be to a webpage ;) Other soon to be added files. Rants on jewelry construction; a COMPLETE Anime page linking to MYmyMymYpage, and MYmyMymYembededpage, and many other sites of webly joy ;) ; And I added a dramatic site for when I want to just be silly.

10/28/1997 the universe is against me this week... it's latest target... the compressed files I was transferring via disk to my computer to transfer to this site.

Disk 16 of 40 is in critical condition the Disk Doctor has been repairing things left and right but all his work unravels soon after. Only time can tell if we can save him... several of his friends wounded in this targeting have lost limbs, and other things, but have given all they can so the mission went forward... with 16 of 40 on the operating table the whole mission could be scrubbed.

In other news the following missions were a success: 1987-1994, Both Chrono Trigger CD's, FF3, FF5 Dear Friends, phase one of FF6 Grand Finale is complete the rest of that mission is discussed above... in all it's grim details. Final Fantasy Pray was done at the secondary and smaller site, and was a glowing success.

The cargo for the following was lost: FF5-osv, FF6-osv, FF7, Final Fantasy Symphonic Suites, Final Fantasy Tactics, Live, Love will grow the shipment was blown up halfway through it's delivery... the above mission holds the key... if 16 of 40 can't recall where the rest is... then all is lost..., The items in the Macross2 directory which were found on the non Square pages, the Ranma files from the same pages, Saga Frontier was lost, Sakura Taisen was not at the pickup point either.

The items on the non Square page were secondary objectives ... which now may never be completed. It saddens us that so many missions failed. Perhaps we can rally later and do them again but it looks far too grim at the moment. Hang in there 16 of 40!

I am sorry to everyone who somehow found out about these pages and came here looking for
their Squaresoft music fix. I had intended to only mirror the pages and that is that... but I even botched that up now it seems. CURSE MY SLOWNESS I WASN'T FAST ENOUGH.

I will now have nice little default.html pages both here and on FortuneCity which are basically appendix pages to the sites. Check them out if you think you can't reach a page that you should be able to.

I have a few things I would like you to do when you feel like mailing me:

1)Read the news stuff above... I wouldn't write it if I didn't think you should read it... and as information related updates will happen here FIRST it is in your best interest to read it. I know that sounded pissy fit of me but if you don't read it you don't know of changes until I update the actual pages and sometimes that will take a while... I'm trying to get files first... not update the pages... pages are easy... files AREN'T

2)Maintain the subjects... I read everything... flame mail or not. I also try to respond to everything that I get in order of arrival... not subject.

3) Be calm when mailing. I know not finding the file you want is maddening, and it is a real bitch to have happen, and sometimes you just want to yell at someone... but please do not mail me just to yell, if I don't have the file I don't have it... and depending on how searches go I may not be ABLE to find it. I'm not saying you can't scream-mail me just to think it out before you mail at me half cocked and unthinking. If you are hostile I might reply in kind. I will try to keep my head... and let us all try to shall we.Pick
